These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of courses, certifications, and related digital content and services (the “Courses”) from RiskproLearning, operated by:

(“we”, “us”, “our”, “Riskpro”). By placing an order on riskprolearning.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and other applicable EU consumer protection law. Where these Terms conflict with those mandatory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
1. What We Sell
We offer online courses, certifications, self-paced eLearning modules, and live virtual training in the fields of risk management, compliance, financial crime prevention, forensic accounting, and related subjects. Courses are supplied as digital content and/or digital services (e.g. video lessons, downloadable material, assessments, live sessions, and certificates of completion), not physical goods.
Course descriptions, syllabi, duration, and any statements about industry recognition or accreditation on the Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but do not constitute a guarantee of employment outcomes, salary, or third-party recognition. Any accreditation or partner endorsement (e.g. NSE Academy) is stated on the relevant course page and applies only to the specific course named.
2. Accounts
To purchase a Course you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Taxes
- Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless a Course page states otherwise. Where you are purchasing as a consumer located in the EU, prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT at the rate applicable in your country of residence.
- For business customers purchasing with a valid EU VAT number, VAT may be handled under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated on the Course page. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.
- A contract for the purchase of a Course is formed once we confirm your order by email and, for paid Courses, once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Access to Digital Content
- Access to self-paced Course content is granted immediately after successful payment, via your account on the Site.
- Live Virtual Training sessions are delivered on the dates and times specified on the relevant Course page. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time; recordings are made available to registered participants afterward.
- Access to Course content is generally provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which access may expire unless renewed.
- We are not liable for your inability to access content due to your own internet connectivity, device, or software issues, provided the Course platform itself is functioning.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Important exception for digital content and live services: because our Courses are digital content and services that you can begin using immediately, your right of withdrawal ends early if you expressly request that we begin providing the Course before the 14-day period ends, and you expressly acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (or, for digital content without a service, once download/streaming has started). We will ask you to give this consent and acknowledgment as a clear checkbox at checkout — it is not implied automatically.
If you do not give this consent, or if you withdraw before we have begun providing the Course, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the practical process.
This right of withdrawal does not affect any other statutory rights you may have (for example, in relation to content that is faulty, not as described, or not delivered).
6. Cancellations Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU/EEA, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which may apply different (though not less favorable) terms.
7. Certificates and Use of Credentials
Certificates of completion are issued in the name provided at registration. You may reference your certification in your professional profile, but you may not imply that Riskpro or its partners endorse your employer, business, or any product/service beyond truthfully stating that you hold the certification.
8. Intellectual Property
All Course content, course names, logos, and certification marks (including “CFAP,” “CSMFA,” and similar marks used on the Site) are the property of Riskpro Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Purchasing a Course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share Course materials without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share your account or Course access with others; use automated means to scrape or copy Course content; misrepresent your certification status; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory EU consumer protections). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a Course is limited to the amount you paid for that Course.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contactus@riskprolearning.com and we will aim to resolve it within 14 days. EU consumers may also seek advice from a consumer dispute resolution body listed in their country via the European Commission’s consumer redress resources.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer habitually resident in an EU/EEA member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
