2. What Personal Data We Collect
- Account & order data: name, email, phone number, billing address, company name (optional), password (stored encrypted).
- Payment data: processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Course activity data: progress, quiz/assessment results, certificates issued.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, contact form, or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Who We Share Data With
- Payment processor: our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor, to process your payment.
- Hosting/website provider: our website hosting provider, to operate the Site (WordPress/WooCommerce).
- Email/marketing tools: our transactional and marketing email service provider, for order confirmations and, where you’ve consented, marketing.
- Analytics providers: Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), to understand Site usage.
- Accreditation/certification partners (e.g. NSE Academy), only where necessary to issue a jointly-badged certificate, and limited to the data needed for that purpose.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data to a standard consistent with GDPR.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Our servers and team are based in India. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your personal data will be transferred outside the EU/EEA when you use our Site. Because India does not currently have an EU adequacy decision, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, together with supplementary technical and organizational safeguards, to protect your data during this transfer. - Account and order data: for the duration of your account plus 7 years, in line with applicable tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
